Jake Anstaett
Managing Partner
Jake started his professional career at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he spent ten years in the card services fulfillment group. After leaving J.P. Morgan Chase, Jake took an opportunity with Dynamic Construction in Central Ohio, where he worked in technical operations and management roles in the cell tower construction & service field. Jake then successfully led Dynamic Security, a subsidiary of Dynamic Construction prior to founding Nextec Integrated Systems. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar and taking trips to his favorite beach destination in Hatteras, NC.
Matt Harper
Managing Partner
Matt began his professional career in the telecommunications industry, spending over a decade in technical operations and management roles in the Columbus & Cleveland Ohio markets of WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone. After transitioning into the electronic security industry, he held positions in project and operations management with a Columbus, Ohio based security integration firm before starting Nextec Integrated Systems. Matt is an avid camper, bass guitar enthusiast, and proud father of three daughters.

Dennis Lee
Director of Business Development
Dennis’ diverse professional background centers on his drive to serve others. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University, he won the Outstanding Teacher Award while teaching American History at a magnet middle school for the artistically gifted. He then coached professors and managed an academic program at Vanderbilt University.
Compelled to return home to Ohio, Dennis spent the next five years teaching Computer Technology and Social Studies at the high school level. There, he coached basketball and track while serving on the District Leadership Team.
Ready for a new challenge, he transitioned his career into business development roles in educational software and IT services. Dennis is a happy husband and proud father who leads our business development efforts.
Mark Walker
Regional Manager- Virginia
Mark started his career in New Orleans as a service technician at Niscayah, a national security integrator that was later purchased by Stanley Security.
After moving to Columbus, OH with his wife, Tara, while she finished her PhD in Evolutionary Biology, Mark continued working for Stanley as an embedded embedded technician on the Marathon Petroleum National account.
Mark left Stanley for Convergint in 2015 moving into management positions. He helped build the Columbus OH Convergint office into a fully staffed branch that focused heavily on global accounts and embedded programs where he ran Alliance Data Systems' national projects.
Mark then moved to Radford, VA, where his wife took a professor position at Radford University as a Molecular Ecologist. He continued with Convergint in Virginia running PayPal's global video platform until taking a role with Nextec Integrated Systems. Mark is a lifelong musician, martial artist and proud father of his son Marcus.
